I think most of us feel Lightning Dust acted like a jerk in the Wonderbolt Academy. But I can't help but feel sorry for her when Spitfire dismissed her from the academy. Like Rainbow Dash she had dreams of soaring with the Wonderbolts but unlike Rainbow Dash, she was willing to do anything including recklessness and having lack of concern for others to achieve her dreams. In the end, her dream doesn't come true...

It does feel like there's still time for Lightning Dust. If she can get her act together and learn to push herself without putting others in danger, she could easily become a Wonderbolt.

To quote JoshScorcher from the Millitary Bronies React for Wonderbolt Accademy;
"Now a lot of people have complained that that punishment was too excessive... while in real life that would be getting off easy. Due to your own recklessness you endanger the lives of the people around you... yeah, she got it easy just getting kicked out."
I don't know how the millitary in Equestria works, or how the wonderbolts themselves work, but I'd have to agree with him on this.

Apparently the original ending is that Spitfire let her stay in the academy and just moved her to 'wing pony' with Rainbow Dash and was 'sure to keep an eye on them'.


They should have chose that ending. :icondragonweep2:
