I heard that there are many in the Brony fandom that didn't like the idea of Twilight becoming an alicorn. This is my view of how Twilight would react if she receive letters with harsh negative feedbacks of her alicorn status.
For the record, I am not criticizing anybody's opinion with regards to Twilight's transformation into an alicorn.
DO IT! DO IT!!! DO IT!!!
how dare you
alicorn twilight was just made to sell toys, it's not like hasbro is a toy company or something
*sarcasm mode off*
really, every single character in the show is made to sell toys, even unicorn twilight
Though I totally agree with keeping the wings. I think she looks good in them
favoring what you want on a poor teenager who deserved those wings.
YOU PUT THAT DOWN DAMMIT
I don't like that either, but don't throw away the one opportunity to put Rainbow Dash in her place!
meh, my opinion..
Me: DON'T DO IT!!!
Me: You must not have read "Cupcakes".
*I hand twilight the book and she reads it*
Twilight: WHY WOULD SHE DO THAT TO HER!?
Me: I wish I knew.
I kinda like Alicorn Twilight but I also don't like it. Twilight basically spent the series learning about friendship and now she's in a position where, even if the status difference is ignored (and it probably will be in her social circle, her friends won't allow for her to ditch them, especially if someone else is pressuring her) she'll eventually have to watch them die. The only saving grace in the problem is Spike - as a dragon, he'll live for a long time. In fact, before Alicorn!Twilight appeared, there were fics shown an older Spike remembering the Mane Six after they had died.
However, I do like Alicorn!Twilight and hope that there is a new season exploring how she learns to deal with her new status. Flying lessons with Rainbow Dash, maybe?
